Cross Line Solutions was founded on a straightforward idea: small organizations and churches deserve professional-grade support. Not watered-down service. Not cookie-cutter solutions. Real expertise, applied to real problems, by people who treat your organization like it matters.
We work with small businesses that need to run tighter and churches that need to reach further. In both cases, our job is the same — get you equipped and get out of your way.
J. Wes McCoy has been in ministry since the age of twelve. For more than twelve years he served in full-time itinerant ministry, speaking approximately 250 times a year. He knows what it means to carry a message, build a platform, and pour yourself into the local church.
He also knows what it means to lose everything.
A moral failure cost Wes his ministry and his platform — and eventually led to a season in prison. What happened next is the part of the story he most wants people to hear. Because prison became the place where the Gospel he had preached for decades became the most personal. Through professional counseling, restoration programs, and the grace of God, Wes returned to ministry before his release — serving as a Chaplain's Assistant, discipling men from the inside, developing rehabilitation programs as a peer counselor, and watching restoration work in real time.
There is nothing — absolutely nothing — that God cannot bring a person back from. Wes's life is the evidence.
Cross Line Solutions was born from that rebuilt life. Wes channeled his organizational skills, his deep theological background, and his heart for the local church into a business built specifically to serve the people who had always been his people — pastors, ministry leaders, and the organizations doing the most important work in the world. His client base is almost entirely bi-vocational and full-time pastors who need a skilled, trusted partner to handle the work that doesn't stop just because Sunday came and went.
Today, his signature work is helping pastors multiply the reach of their Sunday message. He also continues to accept speaking and music ministry invitations, averaging two to four engagements per month, all scheduled through CLS. He still believes in the message. He just wants more people to hear it.
